2010 Delta Company Reunion

Our 2010 Reunion is really coming together. Richard Culver has done an outstanding job securing us a hotel and preparing a list of activities that we will all just love. The Reunion dates are May 13th through May 16th, 2010.

First, the hotel information. We will be staying at the Hyatt Arlington in Arlington, VA.

The street address is 1325 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22209.
Our room block covers check-in beginning Wednesday, May 12th through check out on Monday May 17th. You can check in and check out any dates between May 12th and May 17th.
Our hotel room rate is $129 plus tax.
On the left hand side of the page, click-on "Rooms and Rates"
Enter your check-in date. If you are wanting to check in prior to May 12th, please contact Phillip Moore, Sales Manager at Hyatt. Phillip's email address is phillip.moore@hyatt.com and his direct phone number is 703-908-4676.
Enter your check-out date. If you are wanting to check out after May 17th, please contact Phillip at the above.
There is a box (also left side) that says "Group/Corporate #".

You must enter G-DCR2 to get our negotiated rate of $129. If you do not enter our Group/Corporate # of G-DCR2 your room rate will range from $250 to $325.

If you prefer you can also call 1-800-233-1234. Tell them the hotel you are wanting to make reservations at is in Arlington, Virginia. Then ask for the Delta Company Reunion block of rooms.

Our agreement on the room block for the $129 room rate expires March 15th, 2010. If we do not have enough rooms committed by March 10, 2010. We will probably be forced to cancel our reunion.

I would really appreciate you letting me know when you have finalized your room reservations, your check-in date and your check-out date.

Thursday, May 13th Arlington Cemetery
Friday/Saturday - Vietnam Wall, WWII Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, United States Capitol, Smithsonian's Museum, Holocaust Museum, National Museum of American History and there are many others.
Saturday Night will be our banquet
Sunday Morning we will have breakfast and maybe a brief program
We will have several optional activities including shopping, excursion to historic Georgetown.

We can arrange other activities that a family or a group would want to do. We will have some detailed information for you after the first of the year.
