The funeral was pretty special, 21 gun salute, honor guard, even the biker honor guard. Kerry apparently never talked about his time in the Army to most of his friends. His neighbors had no idea he had been in Nam. I made a video, edited some of my movies that had Kerry in them and was asked to speak and then present the video at the funeral service. There were probably 250 - 300 people there and many of them thanked me and said they now understood where Kerry got his foundation. I decided to speak before the video came on, after watching it and listening to the emotion in the audience I couldn't have spoken afterwards.
